 Mawson Lakes is located just 12 kilometres north of Adelaide and less than an hour from the famous Barossa Valley. It is an exceptional partnership between Delfin Lend Lease and Land Management Coporation (South Australian Government).
An array of living options, education and recreational facilities will be complemented by the establishment of a bustling Town Centre that will include cosmopolitan-style cafés, boutique-style shops and grocery stores. Facilities available also include a campus of the University of South Australia with special research interest in information technology and electronics.
Over time, Mawson Lakes will grow to become a community of some 8,000 people with approximately 3,500 homes completed by 2010. It is expected that on-site high-tech employment opportunities will generate in excess of 3,500 permanent positions.
